How to use the purchase order maker
- Pick the paper. A4 or US Letter, with a plain or banded letterhead. Your text carries between all four.
- Say who you are buying from. The supplier on the left, and where the goods actually go on the right.
- List what you are ordering. Item, code, quantity, unit price and amount. A real grid — add a row, remove a row, edit any cell.
- Total it and leave room to approve it. The signature line sits beside the total it authorises, not three inches away from it.
- Download the PDF. A true A4 or US Letter page, ready to send to the supplier.
