How to use the quotation maker
- Pick the paper. A4 or US Letter, each with a Classic or Banded letterhead. Your text carries between all four.
- Say who it is from and to. Your name, address and logo; then the client. The logo is resized in your browser and never uploaded.
- Add the line items. A real grid: add a row, remove a row, edit any cell. Open it full-screen if the list is long.
- Type the total and the terms. The total is yours to calculate, because tax and rounding rules are not ours to guess.
- Download the PDF. PDF first, because that is the file you send. PNG, JPG, WebP and SVG are there too, at 1x, 2x or 3x.
