This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Imejis.io (the "Service"), operated by JAGODANA LLC. It is part of our Terms of Service. We may update it as needed to keep the Service safe and lawful.

1 you may not use the service to1. You may not use the Service to

• Violate any law or regulation, or infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Upload or generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that depicts or promotes child sexual abuse material, non-consensual sexual content, or graphic violence.
• Create deceptive or fraudulent material, including forged documents, counterfeit goods, phishing pages, or content designed to impersonate a person or brand without authorization.
• Generate malware, or content that facilitates hacking, credential theft, or circumventing security controls.
• Produce content promoting illegal drugs, weapons, gambling, or other prohibited activities where such promotion is unlawful.

• Do not exceed the rate limits or quotas of your plan, or attempt to bypass metering, authentication, or billing.
• Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach security or authentication measures, without our written permission.
• Do not use the Service to build a competing product by systematically copying templates, components, or output.
• Do not resell or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted.
• Do not overload or disrupt the Service, including via denial-of-service or excessive automated requests beyond your plan.

You are responsible for the content you upload and the images you generate, including ensuring you have the rights to any inputs (images, fonts, logos, data) and that outputs comply with law and third-party rights.

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, throttle, suspend, or terminate access, with or without notice, and may report unlawful activity to authorities. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent termination.
