How to use the delivery note maker
- Pick the paper. A4 or US Letter, with a plain or a banded letterhead. Your text carries between all four.
- Say where it is going. The ship-to address, which is often a goods-in door rather than the billing address.
- List the contents. Item, code, ordered and delivered. A real grid — add a row, remove a row, edit any cell.
- Leave the signature block blank. It is signed on arrival, not before. Print two copies if you want to keep one.
- Download the PDF. A true A4 or US Letter page, so it prints at the size the box expects.
