Where does my product photo go?

Nowhere. It is resized in your browser and drawn straight into the card, and it is kept out of the share link — so an unreleased product never travels in a URL.

What shape should the photo be?

Anything. Each slot crops to fill, so a square shot works in the 16:9 and a wide one works in the story. The portrait, story and pin give it the top of the frame; the square and landscape give it a half; the 16:9 gives it the whole canvas with the copy floated over.

Can I use it for "coming soon" rather than "now available"?

Do I have to show a price?
