IFTTT lets you render Imejis designs from any applet using the Webhooks action. Design a template once, mark the parts that change as dynamic fields, then mix in applet ingredients to fill those fields.
Add the action Webhooks → Make a web request.
Paste your design's render endpoint as the URL. IFTTT can't send custom headers, so the API key goes in the URL as a query parameter instead:
https://render.imejis.io/v1/<designId>?dma-api-key=YOUR_API_KEY
Set the method to POST and the content type to application/json.
Paste a JSON body of field overrides and mix in applet ingredients. Each key is a dynamic field, set with its nested property:
{
"title": { "text": "It's going to rain today" },
"location": { "text": "Dubai" }
}Omitted fields fall back to the design's defaults.
The response is the rendered image. IFTTT can't pass response files onward,
so for pipelines that use the image downstream, prefer the GET render URL in
an <img> tag, or reach for a tool like Zapier or Make.
Supported output formats are PNG, JPEG, WebP, and PDF — choose with
?format=png.
