Public links let anyone fill in a form and download an image without an account. Until now, you shared a link and hoped it got used. Now you can see exactly how each one performs.
Open any public link and you get two things.
A single chart that plots views against downloads so you can tell traffic apart from actual usage. Pick from date-range presets (last 7 days, this quarter, all time, and more) and group the data by day, week, month or year. A link that gets a hundred views but two downloads is telling you something the raw count never would.
A per-event log for every view and download: date, event type, IP address, user agent and referral. Use it to see where traffic comes from, spot the spike after you posted the link in Slack, or confirm a badge form actually got filled in during the event.
Analytics are on by default for every public link. Nothing to enable, nothing to instrument.
