# Publish Your Designs as Public Templates

## Publish Your Designs as Public Templates

Made a design you're proud of? Now you can submit it to the public template gallery, so anyone can start from your work. Every submission gets a quick review first, which keeps the gallery worth browsing.

### Request to publish

Open a design's template settings and request to make it public. Your submission lands in the review queue as **Pending**. Nothing goes live until someone looks at it.

### A clear review flow

Every request moves through one of four states, so you're never guessing where you stand:

- **Pending**: submitted and waiting for review.
- **Revision required**: the reviewer asked for changes. Update and resubmit.
- **Approved**: your template is live in the public gallery.
- **Rejected**: not a fit, with a reason attached.

When a template needs changes or gets turned down, the reason comes with it. No silent rejections.

### Talk it through

Each submission carries its own message thread between you and the reviewer. Ask a question, respond to feedback, or explain what the template is for. The whole conversation stays attached to the request, so nothing gets lost between rounds.

### For reviewers

Admins get a dedicated requests dashboard to work the queue. Review the design, leave a note, and approve, reject, or send it back for revision from one screen.

Have a design worth sharing? Open its template settings and hit publish.
